Bankheld is developed by Arbolix B.V. You can request deletion of your Bankheld account and the personal data associated with it by email.

How to request deletion

Send your request to contact@arbolix.app.

Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Bankheld account and use the subject “Bankheld account deletion request”.

What happens next

After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify it and prevent unauthorized deletion.

After verification, we will delete your Bankheld account and personal data associated with that account, including your profile information and account-related app data. We will retain information only when necessary to meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations, and only for as long as required for those purposes.

Shared team or match data that is not exclusively owned by you may remain where necessary for other team members or the integrity of team and match records. Where technically appropriate, this data will no longer be associated with your deleted account.
